    Hi there,
    I recently change the site [detail redacted] to license [detail redacted] because it’s previous license had expired. I made the change both in my account management area on this site and in the WP backend.
    But I’m still not able to update and, even though it saves the license key and I click ‘activate’, it never says ‘active’. I tried activating from this site and it did not seem to have an impact.
    What next so that I can update?

    Any changes you make may take up to 15-30 minutes for our server to see them. What is your account saying now?
