    Hi Designsandcode,

    Love your S&FP plugin.

Just tried to activate one of my licenses (*****a217) on a live site (christoscommunity.org). I tried entering it here and in the plugin license section. I tried with and without the subdirectory it’s installed in. But every time I click ‘activate’ nothing appears different upon refresh. And there is no notification of the available update.

    Thoughts?

If you head to Your Account, you can see hte domain the license is used on and registered to. It could be a dev server for example – you will need to deactivate it before trying to activate on another domain.

Let me know how that goes.

    Thanks

    Hi Ross,

Wow that was a quick response!

I actually already tried that a couple times actually.

Any ideas what to do next?

    Thanks,
    Jon

    Hi Ross,
I actually already did that a day or two ago and it’s not showing that site anymore on my screen. Is there something else I need to do?
Thanks so much for your help!

    Hi Jon

I just deactivated all your sites again.

Can you first hit deactivate on your domain.

Then try to reactivate via your website?

    Thanks

Thanks so much Ross. Whatever you did seemed to work. All I did after that was remove and reinstall the license key via the plugin settings area, and then save, activate in the plugin, then add the URL in the account management area for that license key on your site here.

    Really appreciate your help.

In the future, we’ll probably move this from a subdomain install (as I have the URL now) to a root install. At that point do I just make the change here or do I need to do something in the plugin too?

    Thanks so much,
    Jon

You should be good just remember to deactivate before changing domain 🙂

    Thanks
