    Hi,

    I cannot update the plugin, I get “An error occurred while updating Search & Filter Pro: Update package not available.”?

    What version of our plugin are you using, what version of WordPress, and what version of PHP on your server?

    Your plugin is 2.5.0

    WordPress is 5.4.2–en_GB

    PHP is 7.2

    Most odd. Can you try deactivating the licence, wait a while, then activate it, wait a while, then try?

    I deactivated the site, waited an hour, added it but still getting an error.

    If you go to Your Account, is the site correctly registered there?

    Yes it’s correctly displayed.

    Just tried again, same error.
