Cannot update plugin

    We use this plugin on several sites but are having issues when trying to update the plugin on some of them. I have tried manually adding the sites through the admin interface on searchandfilter.com but I still get the message that the site is not authourized.

    It may be that the version of the plugin is too old on those sites. We changed our update server a while ago (a new domain), so that could explain it.

    You can download the latest version from your account area, install this plugin (useful anyway to developers):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    And then you can go to Plugins -> Add New, use upload with the new file, and WordPress will allow it to be used to update.

    I did try that earlier but got an error when trying to install. Do I need to uninstall the older version of the plugin first?
