I believe I have the same issue with my Product Category taxonomy when the website is set to German lang. The product categories display correctly in the main site (English) but when I switch to German the Search Filter Pro shortcode doesn’t display any categories. I followed all of the setup instructions carefully and WordPress is loading the correct product category taxonomy when I’m in the German version of the website. I know this is the case because when I do a get_the_terms PHP query on the home page, it displays all of the German product categories. It also displays the German products on the home page. Everything seems to be in order except the Search Filter Pro menu is not populating on the German version of the website.

The home page of the website contains the shop, if scroll down to the “Browse Products” section on the home page and hover you can see all the English products, but it doesn’t populate for the German site. Here are the two website links for English and German:

Please email me this threat since I can’t see the private posts (dan@swssupport.com). If there is an admin that needs my login credentials I would be happy to supply.

    Thank you!

By the way I have the latest version of WPML, Search Filter Pro, and Woocommerce.

    Hi Ross,

I tried updating the plugin as per your email instructions but it did not fix the issue. Would it help if I gave you the login credentials?

    Thanks,
    Dan

Hi both (I’m sure you’ve seen this Dan)

Please take a look at this reply, it might be that you have set the taxonomy to be translated in WPML settings but have not then created translations for them in each language:

Let me know if this applies and if not I will do some more digging.

    Thanks
