We used the filter on: https://degrees.lsc.edu/
Our filter is set up and seems to work properly except for when I test it as follows:
1. Filter on one or more options (“1 year or less” and “$$$$”),
2. Click on one of the results (“Surgical Technologist”) and go to the result page,
3. Then click the browser back button.I see a blank post page with a column on the right side showing a search box, comments, archives, categories, and meta links for login, rss and wordpress. This occurs in all browsers that I’ve tested: IE, Chrome, Firefox.
Can you help me figure out what setting needs to be changed to fix this?
Thanks!

I would say initially that you should disable ajax.
This will allow you to see how the plugin is working under the hood a little better to understand whats going on.
Now I guess you will see that any interaction with the search form results in this strange layout.
Now, I’m not sure whats causing it exactly, but I guess something in your theme doesn’t like all those params in the URL, and based on these params, your theme is showing a different layout to the one you have designed.
In this case, you theme won’t support this being directly on your homepage.
So, I would create a new page with the search form on (lets try leaving the one on the homepage),
ie – https://degrees.lsc.edu/search-degrees/
Use the same results shortcode on there as you did on the homepage.
In the search form, change the results URL (under the display results tab) to match the page you created (https://degrees.lsc.edu/search-degrees/)
Now test again, without ajax.
I’m assuming you will now have a smoother experience? If this is hte case, then we can move on to re-enabling ajax.
Thanks
