    Ahhh I figured it out.

    You have in S&F settings use transients enabled.

    This does not work yet with WPML (we didn’t integrate language parameters into this feature).

    Unless you’re hitting high numbers I think you will be ok with this setting disabled.

    What are high numbers for you? More than 5K products?

    Yeah its not an exact science (depends on a bunch of variables) but yeah I would say anything over 5k would be high numbers.
