    Hi
    I would like to be able to search all authors, (not their posts, but the authors themselves).

    I don’t seem to be able to find a way of doing this as they are not a ‘post type’
    I am sure this is something you have been asked before?

    It is likely that the data you wish to search would be stored (along with any data relating to those users) in the WordPress User Table, along with User Roles (for security reasons), but our plugin does not access or index this table. We are looking at this to see if it can be done sometime in the V3 roadmap, but I am not sure of this yet.
