Active License – Update Keeps Failing

Hi there,

I’ve had Search & Filter Pro for a while now installed on the site with an active license – and when I try to update to the latest version (2.4.3) from 2.4.1, it says the update fails because “unauthorized” I triple-checked the license key and tried re-activating it, but still get the same result. Why would the update be unauthorized?

The issue may have arisen because we have changed domains.

As your current version is 2.4.1, then the advice in this thread should work for you:
