    You should not modify the CSS file that comes with the plugin, as this would then be overwritten when you update. Instead add new CSS. If your theme has a Custom CSS section, use that, or perhaps use a plugin like Simple Custom CSS.

    I would need to modify the structure of search form using bootstrap. Can you provide me the .php file I need to modify?

    There is no template file used for the form, so you cannot modify this. We have been asked this question before, and so for our next major release (V3, which we are currently working on, but is some months away yet) we will make this possible for you. As I said, for now you must style the form using custom CSS, as it is not possible to add the Bootstrap structure that you want.
