    Hello!

Since I have upgrade the version from 2.5.0 to 2.5.2, I can’t get my search works correctly:
    Configuration:
Woocommerce + custom theme (_s) with woo custom fields in functions.php + WPML
Everything is update, woocommerce database also.

    symptoms:
    1. When I make a search, with or without AJAX, the search no return results:
    query string: /?_sfm__weight=0+4200&_sfm__length=0+530&_sfm__width=0+330&_sfm__height=0+230&_sfm__diameter=0+300
If I do search without range selector, works perfectly.
If I change the querystring and mantain only 1 parameter, works perfectely.
    Field relationships: “AND”

    Thanks in advance.
    Rui

I will take the second question first. I assume that the form is added in the Appearance -> Widgets page, in to a WooCommerce sidebar widget area?

You need to use a widget control/options/logic plugin to restrict which pages the form appears on, such as this on:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-logic/

There many other like this. They would use conditional tags, such as described here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/conditional-tags/

The styling on the other form is quite extensive and custom. This would be outside the scope of our support, sorry. You would need to hire a third party coder to help you with this.

Hi, i would like to create a filter menu like the one seen on https://www.wonderlandmodels.com/models/

My shop page is https://legendary-models.com/shop/, and i would like to use white background with black text and borders.

In addition, the search and filter pro form is appearing during checkout process and in the cart, effectively its appearing in all WooCommerce pages, however i would like to display it on product catalog pages only.

    Look forward to reply

    Hi,
    1) I added a Price range filter to the page, but nothing is filtered. I use Woocommerce and Elementor Pro and I don’t see the “Search & Filter Query” option in Elementor > Query > Source, I also don’t see the “Elementor Post / Product / Portfolio Widget” option in the filter settings in the Display results method. My website. This is how I set it up:
    1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.

    2) Does the Price range filter also take into account the values of Regular prices and Sale prices when using the meta key _price? Or how to set it to take into account when filtering prices that when a product has a Sale price, it has a value in the Sale price field that is lower than the Regular price?

    3) How to add Sale price checkbox to filter only products with Sale price?
    4) How do I change the appearance of filter buttons and sliders?

    Thank you.

I am having the same issue as this closed thread:
    https://support.searchandfilter.com/forums/topic/does-not-work-with-elementor-pro-and-ele-custom-skin-loops/

No combination seems to work of Ele custom skin – Elementor and WooCommerce.

So the setup is ele custom skin is used to make a loop template – product archive uses Elementor Pro post widget set to current query. If I use the free search and replace plugin this kinda works OK.

    Most times I get a 502

Hi, I’m trying to filter tire types (products in Woocommerce) from Advanced Custom Fields Pro using Search and Filter Pro – The fields are brand_item, tyre_build, sidewall_style, and tire_rim_diameter. I have read the notes for searching Advanced Custom Fields in Woocommerce, and some searches are working well others are not?

I have not used Search and Filter Pro before, are there any setup examples that would help me?
Do I need a separate search form for each group of fields?
Under Settings and Defaults, how do I set the Post Meta conditions?

I think I understand. Range type fields do not filter down to take account of other form field choices in the current version of our plugin, although that behaviour may change in V3, which we plan to release in a few months (in the New Year).

This is intentional, as explained here:

Hi, I installed the plugin and it seems it’s working fine used in a widget. I have also to replace the standard search bar in the header that comes with the theme, how can I achieve this? I have WooCommerce installed and need to search only products. Thank you!

Hello, we are running into an issue with using infinite scroll. On Taxonomy pages (specifically, Woocommerce Category pages) the infinite scroll is still active. This is bad, because we only want to display results from that category on category pages.

Any suggestions? Here is an example page. It should only have 6 items on it: https://kodokids.com/product-category/wind-flight-related-products/

Right now i’m using #products .row for the ajax container.

Correct me if i’m wrong but I’ve got the products in its own #products section and the pagination in its own .woocommerce-pagination section.
