    I purchased the plugin “Pro” abut when I uploaded the plugin it still shows the free version and not the Pro version. I even removed and deactivted the regular “search & filter” plugin first. What is happening?

    You bought the plugin 10 months ago and you have other threads that suggest it installed OK, so I am not sure what the problem could be? Did you download the plugin file from your account area?

    Did you open the zip file to make sure it was all there?

    The issue was mine. Sorry. I am now having an issue with the search/filter not showing on the page via the short code and the wp_search_filter_cache stuff isnt building he tables. I even deactivated and reactivated the plugin as suggested in other posts.

    For some reason, on certain servers, the cache tables will not get created, in which case they have to be manually made. See this post:

    and that would be the reason the short code is not working on the pages. Because the tables aren’t there?

    Is the shortcode itself showing in the front end?

    Can you check the main settings screen for Search & Filter Pro and make sure it is loading the main javascript and other files (it is a checkbox option)?

    Yes the short code isnt showing. I checked the settings and made sure the checkbox is checked. Which it now is, but it is still not showing. This is the code I am using on my template page

    So, have you now created the tables?

    Yes they are created and confirmed via the settings in Search and Filter.

    I am not sure whether you should show me the problem, or I should login as an admin? What do you think? Do you have Skype on a desktop or laptop with webcam or mic and speakers or headset?
