Update : I tried using only shortcodes and it’s not working either.

A “No Results Found” appears every time I check a box.
I also disabled Ajax to see if it resolved the issue. nope. I get a “file not found” page.

Update 2 : This is idiotic. I’m using a blank starter theme and this can’t even work. I am doing the step-by-step documentation using shorcode and the simpliest configuration. This isn’t just worth the 100CAN dollars I paid you. I want a refund.

Have you tried with a basic WordPress theme – ie 2015 or 2014?

“A Blank Starter” theme isn’t necessarily a properly programmed theme.

Also in regards to your previous points, I believe the issue may be because of your settings.

In the general box, make sure that the two tabs “tags, categories and taxonomies” and the “post meta” tab have no settings in at all.

    Thanks

Im using foundationPress starter theme for wordpress.

I also switched to the default twenty fifteen theme and it’s still showing no results.

“tags, categories and taxonomies” have no settings.

Are there any settings in the “post meta” tab?

Do you have other plugins / custom code enabled?

    Thanks

No settings in the “post meta” tab.

The three only plugins that I have are Wpml for traduction, custom post type UI for the creation of my taxonomies and your plugin. I disabled the Wpml plugin and it’s working now but I absolutely need to translate my website. Your plugin should work with wpml.

Did you read the docs on how to setup with WPML??

    Hi John

    I’ve just done a test.

Clean install of latest WP, latest S&F installed with all the latest WPML plugins, latest CPT UI – on 2015 theme.

Absolutely no issues and working as expected.

There must something different about your environment.

Do you have temp wp-admin details so I can take a look at whats going wrong?

    Thanks
