It might just be showing your current set email address when checking in your account.
Considering the original purchase was 2016, were ‘.online’ domains available then?
I see a different email associated with your PayPal.
Could you also try setting your email address from your account and trying again after that?
If that doesn’t work then I’ll set you up a promo code for a new purchase.

We’re using the .online domain since the end of 2015. I’ve tried to use the old Paypal email but I’m still getting the same error message unfortunately.
So if you could send us a promo code for the renewal that would be much appreciated.
