    Hello,
    I’m having problems displaying the search results.
    I am using the WP Bakery Page Builder and I have installed your plugin.
    Created my form and it is displayed in the page.
    in the results i have selected the Display results method: Visual Composer post grid.
    everything is ok so far but I cannot for the life of me find the selection “the Data Source needs to be set to Search & Filter, and then for you to select the form.”
    also there is a message “Search & Filter Error: The caching tables are missing – click here to create them” but when I click on it nothing happens

    Can you help

    Hello Trevor,

    there is a prefix with at least one capital letter. now what ?

    Ah.

    MAKE A BACKUP OF THE DATABASE NOW!!

    Then use METHOD 2 to rename the prefix to lower case only:

    Then try to make the tables again.

    I have changed the prefix but still the same problem. I get a white page when I click “Search & Filter Error: The caching tables are missing – click here to create them”

    The post I linked to also shows how to run a SQL query to manually make the tables.

    I have created the tables manually with prefix and still get the same message and white page
