I just loaded the new license that was emailed to us for the renewal of ninjaselling.com.
When I try to install the updates, I’m still getting the error that says it’s unauthorized.
In the licensing area, the license key is in there, and shows as active.
What are my next steps?

The issue may have arisen because we have changed domains. We should have a permanent fix for this in soon, but, in the meantime, if you need to upgrade now, and if your current version is 2.3.2 or more recent (higher number), then the advice in this thread should work for you:

In your case, you may need to deactivate the license on the site, deactivate the site also in your account. Wait for maybe 15-30 minutes, activate the site again, wait again, and then try the update, but the former advice is likely to be the fix I think.
DO NOT use that advice if your version is older than 2.3.2 (instead revert back to me for further guidance for the correct method for older versions of 2.x.x).
