    Destination folder already exists.
    Plugin installation failed.
    Return to Plugin Installer

    Please advise. I currently have 2.43 installed and was instructed to install 2.44 but it failed.

    The issue may have arisen because we have changed domains.

    As you have version is 2.4.3 or later, the advice in this thread should work for you:

    Thank you. Disabling, deleting, and then uploading the new version of the plugin worked.
