Our system sees the payment and extension of the license, but as we have move sites/domain this might have caused this one off problem for you.
Assuming that you had correctly activated the license on that domain, and the update failed as you say, do you have a Windows based server? If you DO have a Windows server, you will need this plugin installed to overcome a bug with that server software:
