    Hello and sorry if I’m not clear.

    I’ll start from the beginning 🙂

    I bought the Gauge theme and your pluggin.

    My website is composed of “pages”.

    My goal is to offer a search of these pages to visitors, with a result that is displayed in grid.

    I do not think it’s complicated, because in the Theme Gauge, it is possible to display an archive page and choose the format:
    On the demo site, they show a standard layout of archives pages :
    http://gauge.wpengine.com/hubs/hub-games/

    The grid layout is not visible on the demo theme site, so I did it on my website, it is very simple, just a button to activate, and then we have a grid layout :
    http://www.filmspourenfants.net/v2/hubs/films/

    As you see, I displayed a left sidebar on the page, with your plugin as widget. I don’t know if it is the right thing to do…

    So now, how do I manage to configure the pluggin to display result as my Archive Page?

    Should I choose “Display results”
    As an Archive ?
    Using a Shortcode ?
    Custom ?

    Do I check “Use a custom template for results” ?
    Should I enter a filename of a custom template ? I set a slug ?

    The theme options allow you to display the results in a grid.
    An example here on the website I’m making:

    I use a theme named Gauge.

    I actually tested and it works well.
    If I understand correctly, each Visual Composer users should experience this problem.
    Anyway, the workaround works very well and I’m satisfied.

    Hello,
    You are right, the fault only appears when using only happens if the form is set to use shortcode.

    I followed your directions. I deleted the pluggins, I downloaded a fresh copy from my account area.
    I remake the form but unfortunately I have the same problem: as soon as I turn on Visual Composer, my search page does not respond.

    Do not hesitate to make the number of required tests in the admin section. You can completely break the site it does not matter we are in a test environment.
    The goal is to find the rootcause of the problem, nothing important is hosted on that server or on the website. You have free access.

    Hello,
    I had the OVH support by phone.
    The fact that it is a shared hosting it is not possible to change the configurations of Apache servers.
    They gave me a link lets you view the current configurations of the server:
    http://cluster013.ovh.net/infos/

    Can you take a look and check that the problem really comes from there?
