    No good day today. Changed the CSS, deleted the cache, used different browser (that never opened that page before) – no change…

    OK, now it is getting really confusing: Sorting works, but only in the browser that I used now all the time. Using a different browser on the same machine, or on another machine, it’s not working.

    Hi Ross,

    I stepped back to the former version inbetween, now search is working again, also without submit button!

    No idea what happened to the JS, I did not do anything beside updating the plugin via ftp…

    Regarding sorting: This is a pity, as it was working before in an older version. Of course I can contact the guys from Enfold, but I assume the will state in similar way – we cannot support if a 3rd party plugin breaks the functionality.

    But I tell you something crazy now: I was now switching for a second to twenty fifteen theme – sorting worked, and now back to Enfold. And guess what, now sorting works also with Enfold!! What the hell…!?

    Any idea regarding the size of the combobox? It must be some kind of CSS issue, but why/where?

    I was now switching back to the version that you sent me before, now at least the search is working again. Also the dropdown changed now back to (unuseable) combobox, please check…

    Hi Ross,

    thanks a lot, sadly it did not change anything for me. Sorting (and selecting number of products shwon) still does not work, with S&F plugin active. I am using Enfold theme.

    Additionally the comboboxes are sometimes very small, too small to use them. I changed now one to regular dropdown, as the combobox did not even show a single item, because it was just too small (short).

    And one more question: Deleting the plugin deletes also the content produced with it, i.e. the search forms. But without deletion it is not possible to install a new version on the plugin screen. So only way to do is to upload the new files via ftp, overwriting the existing plugin?

    OK, after further digging I could solve the second part with switching off Ajax for loading the search results – now no page refresh is needed anymore!

    So what remains is “only” the fact that the Woocommerce Shop Page cannot be used when set to “Show categories and subcategories”. Do you think there is a solution for that? Otherwise I would have to use a template, just like in the 1.x version of the plugin, I guess…
