    slug problem = slug with the same same. But i made some queries and noticed that WordPress deletes categories from database.

    Hey Trevor. I started the website all over. I have learned everything i could and made a new installation. The setup were really straight foward. I knew exactly what to do when I have reinstalled. The only thing I could think of was a slug problem between category and taxonomy, nothing else. But the site works on the right parameters. Even the Filter Tags on Serach & Fiedls, is getting the right values. Just the Search & Filter query for “Shortcut” doesnt get the right value. Maybe a conflict?

    Something is not right. 🙂

    I have printed the variable of the ACF field city, and it shows the same value (ID) of the field city on “Filter Tags, Categories & Taxonomies” setup. I can include the city over there, and the result doesnt give me anything. I’m been trying to get this to work for hours, but I couldnt get the Query to take a look.

    Hey Trevor, you are a amazing wordpress guru! 🙂

    O have created a “Field Group” using “Custom Field addon” you suggested. The Field Group is called “Region”. There is 3 fields inside it.

    Field Label | Field name | Field Type
    State | state | Select
    City | city-fort-lauderdale | Select
    City | city-miami | Select

    On post pages I show/hide the cities selectbox depending on the selection of the State.

    I have read your other post you have mentioned, not to use parent>child. But I cant understand how this would work, since we have that depedency in reality.

    Found it… Want showing anything, but I have turned on ACF field
