    I’m aware that the developer is working on an update but does anyone know how long this will roughly take?

    PS, the latest update (1.4.2) fixes empty select boxes but the next update will fix some futher bugs associated with WP 4.2.

    yes you can update via ftp but what is your plugin versioon?
