I am also having this issue. Taxonomies are not displaying in multi-select drop down lists. Any idea when the update will be issued? The product filter is a big component of our site, so any status updates you have would be helpful.
EDITED: I see you have already released the update for this in version 1.4.2. An update is not showing as available in my site’s WP admin, and I cannot see how to download it from your site. I also see there was an update 1.4.1 last month, which I also did not receive. I have my license key entered… how can I get these updates?
Thanks!
Anonymous(Private) April 27, 2015 at 1:51 pm #15964I think this is more a WP4.2 issue. I have over 50 websites in use and pretty much every one is having a problem with some element – mostlu plugins that will not update or will update but report thay they still need an update and wont. I have some plugins that have updated and all data for that plugin has dissappered Some sites are asking for database updates amd media disappears if you update, others have lost sliders and so on.
Lots of problems – – I am soon going to have to roll back at least 30 of these client sites and my own sites too.
So I don’t think this is down to the plugin per se but I expect the resolution is not going to be simple/quick 🙁
Anonymous(Private) April 27, 2015 at 2:01 pm #15965You’re right, updates are behaving erratically. The Search and Filter update was showing up under Dashboard > Updates, but not the Plugin list. I got it updated.
Unfortunately I am still having a problem after the update. The taxonomy drop-downs are now showing up but the the filter isn’t working. No matter which taxonomy filter options I select, all of the products are returned after I click submit.

Anonymous(Private) April 28, 2015 at 5:04 am #16050I am also having an issue with using WordPress 4.2 and v 1.4.2 of S&F. I believe the search strings the plug is creating are incorrect:
It looks like this: http://wcef.atlaspolicy.com/?sfid=475&=maps
Instead of this: http://wcef.atlaspolicy.com/?sfid=475&_sft_portfolio_category=maps
Ross Moderator(Private) April 29, 2015 at 7:29 pm #16164Hi all, you can redownload your purchases from “Your Account” and then clicking on “details & downloads” next to your purchase.
This will download the latest version of Search & Filter.
Just to note, I’m getting a few bug reports coming through with the latest version too, which I’m working on at the moment.
I’ll update this ticket shortly with new info, but as recommended by WordPress themselves, you should always take a backup of your site before upgrading, and really you should test the updates before committing these changes to a live environment, especially where it can critically affect your business.
That being said, I am working around the clock now to mitigate any downtime – the timing of these updates couldn’t have been worse for me and I just haven’t had enough time to test everything thoroughly and get it live.
Thanks
Anonymous(Private) April 29, 2015 at 7:40 pm #16166No change of status for my client’s site. http://door2doortyres.co.uk/
Ross Moderator(Private) April 29, 2015 at 8:09 pm #16167Hi Paul, please can you open a new ticket? I think one of the updates to your other plugins may be causing an issue – it looks like the JS from the plugin is not running when pressing submit at all.
Thanks
