Woocommerce Sort Order Not Working

Gentleman,

I have the same problem with the plugin that several others in the support forum have. I have a client who has a Woocommerce site that would like to use this plugin as their filter, but because of the sort order problem we are having on the testing site, we are unable to take it to their production site.

We have a filter set up. SF Pro Woocommerce settings have been followed:

• Search in post types: Products
• Display results: Woocommerce Shop

When SF Pro is activated and a search form created, all Woocommerce default sorting functions cease to work properly. Our client’s shop customers need to be able to sort filtered products by all the standard Woocommerce sorting options, i.e. Price: Low to High, Price: High to Low, Newness, Popularity, etc. Without this ability, SF Pro is useless to this client, which is sad because otherwise it is a wonderful plugin.

It would seem that having Woocommerce Default as a setting in your default order under Settings & Defaults would be a solution.

I hope for everyone in the who is experiencing the same problems we are that you are able to find a solution to this.

Can you not use the sort functionality in the S&F plugin?

Hi Trevor,

We finally did use the S&F sort function. It would have been nice to have the default as as option, though.
