    Is this searching using the Text Search box (where you type in the tag name instead of choosing from a list)?

    If so, are you using Relevanssi, and did you rebuild the Relevanssi index?

    I can see that the dev server is with WP Engine. Is that the case for the live site? If so, does the live site have more posts?

    Live site is a carbon copy of dev. Live site is hosted in Siteground.
    Moreover, previous live site search via Search and Filter Pro worked fine.

    How it was / is:
    Step 1. 1st site version (same hosting) – Live – Search and Filter Pro worked fine.
    Step 2. – 2nd site version – WordPress/ Woocommerce were updated.
    – Dev – Search and Filter Pro works fine.
    – Live – just a copy from Dev – Search and Filter Pro does not work
