    Hi!
I’m trying to use these 3 plugins together. The search form for the store has been translated in english and in french. Then, I’ve inserted the shortcode with PHP condition based on the language being used.

But if I choose WooCommerce Shop page for displaying results, the filters are not working (no terms in dropdown for instance). It seems that the english shop page is used, not the french one.

    I’ll give you a video.

The reasons it might not be working can be varied. If you have a form using the WooCommerce method, did you also translate that using your translation plugin (WPML/Polylang)?

Yes the original form (in english) was using the WooCommerce method with success. Then, I click the plus button to translate into french. I don’t really know how to solve this problem.

Are all the posts, taxonomy terms, categories, tags, variations and attributes, and custom fields all translated?

Hi Trevor, sorry for delay I was waiting some answers from my cient. Mosts of the products have been translated. All the terms (product cat and others attributes) have been translated.

The problem is that the shop base slug is not taken into account.

Can you give more information about the compatibility between Polylang and S&F?

The combination of Search & Filter Pro, Polylang and WooCommerce should all work together. Do you have the Polylang WooCommerce addon plugin? I think you need that for Polylang to work with WooCommerce. It may be that you would need Polylang Pro for that combination.

Oh I see, Polylang PRO is not enough. I’ll buy the WooCommerce add-on for Polylang, I really hope it would works fine.

I cannot say what is needed for sure, but, in other user installations I have seen, they have this additional plugin. You should make any purchase decision based on your own research.
