    Hello!
We’ve changed our search plugin from some other to yours on a customers page and it works great!
However, before we had entered some “Blabla buy this, contact us here” text before the product archive content.
The customer realized that it had gone away and I noticed that it works if I deactivate Search and Filter.

I’ve tried with Woocommerce hooks to add the content and what not, but I did not succeed.
We are using Post type archive result (tried with Woocommerce, looks the same) and the search form is in a widget.

Is there a quick fix for this that I’ve yet to discover?

Site info and user coming in a private reply next.

    Regards,

    Hi

I think you need the dev version of our plugin. Can you send your email address by private reply and I will send it to you?

I have emailed it to you. Follow these steps to manually install:

    1) Deactivate S&F in WP Admin Plugins page (do not delete, otherwise you will lose your search form)
    2) Via FTP, delete search-filter-pro folder from the wp-content\plugins folder on your server. If you wish to keep the folder, just in case, do NOT rename it, instead move it UP a folder into the wp-content folder.
    3) Unzip the file I will have sent to you.
    4) Upload the search-filter-pro folder to the wp-content\plugins folder on your server.
    5) Go to the Search & Filter Pro Settings in WP Admin and make sure that Load JavaScript & CSS files is ON and Lazyload is OFF. SAVE the settings even IF you make NO changes. This is IMPORTANT to do.

Let me know how you get on.

Yay, that seems to do the trick, the information text is now visible. 😀
Thank you. Is it safe to run this on a production site?

    Q. Is it safe to run this on a production site?
    A. Yes

Can I mark this as resolved and close the thread?
