Hello,

I just bought the pro version of your plugin but I’m not sure it can help me do what I want to do.
I have created a video platform and I would like users to be able to sort the videos according to their types, duration etc.
For that:
– I categorized my videos with a plugin that allowed me to create categories for the media
– I wanted to create the filter system thanks to your plugin but the system does not want to recognize the videos and it does not integrate on my page.

How can I do ?

Did you manage to get the form to show on a page? If so, are you able to send me a live link/URL to your search page so I can take a look?.

WordPress is a little complicated when trying to work with the media post type. It is generally better to create, in your case, a custom post type (I use a plugin called CPT UI, which also allows you to create taxonomies) and also a custom field (for which I use a plugin called ACF) into which I put the link to the actual video.

But, I would first need to see what you are trying to do.

Awesome, I will be looking at these two plugins, thanks.
For my part I used the plugin: Media Library Categories to add categories to videos.

I managed to create the form, but I can’t get the videos to show directly below.

Ah, I would not use that Media Library Categories plugin, as it adds Post categories to Media, and this is not recommended. They should be used only for Posts and no other post type.

Plus, you cannot use a term source (like Category) only ONCE in the form.

Types could be a taxonomy on its own
Niveau could be a taxonomy on its own
Durée should really be a custom field

So, the plugins I suggested:

Should be used to create these.

I can see you have results showing below the form. You want the videos themselves to show? That may be a bit more complex, and might require some coding or a video player plugin.

Great thanks, I will use these two plugins and delete the one I am currently using.

I use the Jetpack video player which allows me to host my videos as well.
Do you think it could work? or do I have to use another plugin?
