    What version of WPBakery Page Builder do you have, and is the install of the VC Post Grid addon recent (as we have updated it)?

    That documentation is not for the WPBakery Post Grid, but one written by Pick Plugins. See this page for guidance:

    Thanks for this. I’m getting there. The post are now loading in and the form is set-up, but when any fields are changed to refine the results the posts flash for a second, but the results are not refined.
