    Hi,

    I just checked the invoice for my purchase of your plugin and it seems your VAT number is missing.
    I think it is mandatory to put it in the invoice. Please let me know how I can have the invoice with your VAT number on it.

    Hi Jon

    If you’re not VAT registered (which we are not) then its not mandatory – depending on income thresholds etc we may soon be required to be VAT registered, but for now we are not.

    This is perfectly legal.

    I have the same problem, that there is no VAT number in invoice. How could I get a new invoice?

    Do you mean your VAT number is not shown (in which case you can generate a VAT invoice in your account), or ours? We do not have a VAT number, as explained above by Ross.
