    OK, thanks Trevor. But I think this doesn’t resolves my needs. I get results.php in diferents pages, how can we get that ID dynamicly?

    The ID number is of the Home Page, which has the Landing Page template. Do other pages have that same template applied? I ask because the ACF field is applied only to pages with that template.

    Yes, I will use template-landing.php to create variuos pages/landings.

    I cannot see a way to do this, so you would need to create a form for each page, and rename the results.php files to match the form numbers. So, on the current page in discussion, the form ID is 2321 so the results file for that is 2321.php

    It’s the client who is going to create that landings and I need the easiest way. I will try to create that field inside the items results.
