Using shortcode, 'No Results Found'

Hi there — according to the instructions found here https://searchandfilter.com/documentation/search-results/using-a-shortcode/, all I have to do to get my form and results to show up is add the 2 shortcodes output during setup to my WYSIWYG. Though the form shows, it says ‘No Results Found’ no matter which options I select (and yes, I am positive there are results to find). The proper post type has been selected, I have it set to use a shortcode, ajax is on and my page URL is added to the ‘Results URL’ field. My form consists of the search option, a post meta/ACF field (choice) and submit button. Upon initial install I got the “Search & Filter Error: The caching tables are missing – click here to create them” error, but added the tables manually as instructed in another forum post and it disappeared after that. Not sure what else could be the cause, please advise!

Did you click the Rebuild Cache button in the form after adding the cache tables?
