Use two or more search forms at the same time

Hi

I am using elementor pro posts widget with two search forms at the same time due to aesthetic reasons.
It appears to me they are both working independently and not as one since every time I press one it resets the other search box.
My objective is to have a search bar at the top and a categories bar at the bottom. Then on the sidebar I will have my filters… tags, etc.
So the user will search for something and get all the results. Then he will use categories and then use the sidebar to filter down to the item he wants.

Also after my first search no matter what I search or filter afterwards it breaks the height of my search boxes

Using either of the forms, are you wanting the results to appear on the page that the forms are on? If so, then it is not possible to use two forms in the current version of the plugin. In V3 of the plugin (under development), you would still use one form, but the fields can individually be place where you want on the page, which is what you want/need.

I basically want to resemble the eBay/amazon style of search.
Top bar should be the search bar with main categories at the bottom (similar to nintendo search)
And on the left have a sidebar for faceted filtering

Hi Trevor
In this case is there a ‘hack’ I can do to ‘fake’ the looks I want?

i.e. use one form on the page and have it have an inverted L shape if you understand what I mean. This is so as to have the search box and categories bar at the top somehow and the rest of the faceted filters on the left. Maybe using some CSS on your plugin?
