URL for single post

Hi,

Is there any way of removing the dynamik string from a single post once searched for example I have set up search in the following page with a filter tag for basketball:

http://dynamikft:8888/sports-flooring/floor-search-test-landing

When I select the basketball check box it goes to:

http://dynamikft:8888/sports-flooring/floor-search-test-landing?_sft_post_tag=basketball

Which is fine and displays all basketball flooring. The problem is when I click on the post, instead of it displaying the post as it should – like so:

http://dynamikft:8888/sports-flooring/sports-hall-flooring/academy-sports-floor – it still appends the search string to the end – http://dynamikft:8888/sports-flooring/sports-hall-flooring/academy-sports-floor?_sft_post_tag=basketball

Is there anyway of removing the end string so it just redirects to the original post – http://dynamikft:8888/sports-flooring/sports-hall-flooring/academy-sports-floor – without having to implement lots of manual 301 redirects?

I would have to see it in action, but first that base url needs fixing. It should have a trailing slash on it /

Hi Trevor,

Thanks for that, that now works with adding the trailing slash and makes the url’s non dynamic which is brilliant.

Great plugin by the way.
