    Hi,

    I’m experiencing some issues and have a developer license that stopped receiving updates a while ago.

    If I upgrade and my problems are not solved can I get a refund?

    I love your plugin but it seems a bit of a gamble and if I know I can get a refund if I’m unable to fix my issue it’s an easy decision.

    Hi James, welcome back. Much has happened with the plugin since you were last able to download a copy. Perhaps you could detail the issues you face?

    I’m using woocommerce with thesis and can’t get the shop page to display any search results. From any page the search form is on it takes you to just the regular shop page and doesn’t display any results.

    I would need to see the problem, and in turn that wold mean you would need to renew the license.

    Ok I will probably do that I love your product. Is there a return policy on upgrade renewals? It would make my decision process easier and faster if it is.
