Hi
Thank you for the tip. It well could be the theme. What should I be looking for in the code of the theme to try to disable it?
I would start by deactivating as many plugins as you can and testing. If that fixes it, slowly activate them one by one, testing as you go. If it is the theme, you need to ask the theme author.
It just says there doesn’t do any caching… how do I fix this?
What is the cache setting set to in the plugin main settings page (not the form page)? If this looks OK, chances are it is something in the PHP setup of the page that is not allowing our script to work.
Trevor(Private) May 26, 2016 at 2:51 pm #46790OK, sounds like you need the developer version of the plugin. Can I send it by email? Reply with a private reply with your email address.
The install the update that I will email to you, by following:
1) disable S&F (do not delete via wp-admin)
2) via FTP upload and replace the existing S&F in –wp-content/plugins/search-filter-pro/
3) enable S&F via wp-admin -
