    An update.

I found a conflicting plugin that was causing the issue (latest version of Seamless Donations plugin, I rolled back to older version 3.3.5 and it’s working fine now).

    The issue is resolved.

    OK

I can see that the results are in the format of the results.php template that we provide, which means that you are using the shortcode Display result method? The URL you gave shows 135 results found?

I searched in ‘Class Categories’ for Brahma Samhita and it finds one result.

    Hi Trevor,

Actually I switched the results template back to my custom one and it’s working fine. Refresh the page to see the results.

And yes, when you select Brahma Samhita it should show only one result, there’s only one post with it.

One issue I’d like to fix is dates fields (Select Dates (From/To)) they are currently in Date Range format and supposed to show a selectable dates but it’s not working. Is it a conflict again with other functions?

    I’m talking about datepicker

OK, there are a few console errors showing and I suspect another plugin is loading either the same or another datepicker. The mouse pointer goes to a question mark. Actually, it might even be the theme.

Thank you for the tip. It well could be the theme. What should I be looking for in the code of the theme to try to disable it?

One more question if you don’t mind. I’m now trying to do the upgrade on my main live website but i encountered an issue with cache building. It shows the following error:

Notice: Running background processes is either disabled or has failed in this environment.
Therefore you must leave this page open to complete caching.

It just says there doesn’t do any caching… how do I fix this?

I meant to say: “it stays there on the same page but not doing any cache re-building”.

    Hi

Thank you for the tip. It well could be the theme. What should I be looking for in the code of the theme to try to disable it?

I would start by deactivating as many plugins as you can and testing. If that fixes it, slowly activate them one by one, testing as you go. If it is the theme, you need to ask the theme author.

It just says there doesn’t do any caching… how do I fix this?

What is the cache setting set to in the plugin main settings page (not the form page)? If this looks OK, chances are it is something in the PHP setup of the page that is not allowing our script to work.
