    I’m currently on Version 2.2.0 and it will not allow me to update to version 2.3.2. I have a valid license. I receive the error message “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”. Please assist me with resolving this issue.

    Hi Richard

    It sounds like its not recognizing your license as active.

    In wp-admin, head to S&F -> license, and deactivate.

    Ensure all info is correct, hit save, then hit “activate” again.

    If this activates ok, then you should be good to go.

    It’s still not activating. I re-entered the license and it still does not activate.

    I tried that. In my account I clicked deactivate, it appears that the status isn’t changing and I’m still not able to activate the license on my site marchingmusicdownloads.com…..It is possible the my WP DB might be reporting the site as thefannetwork.com for certain records, as that was the origin.

    Ah I’ve been told sometimes on our site it takes a little while to update, please wait a moment (or try in 30 mins) and see if the site has been removed from the account area.

    Once it has try again with the remove / add via wp-admin – or if it hasn’t let us know back here and we’ll see what we can do.
