We are not able to login and setup our users’ sites – we need to figure out what is going on.

Can you tell me what you have done so far, and more specifically what is not working?

Ok, this page:

Is the plain search page – no filters applied – which means all your results should be showing.

There is only 1 result – which means that S&F can only see 1 post – so when you are filtering the only possible result is 1 post, or 0 posts.

So we need to figure out how to show all your posts… How many posts do expect to see?

I think you may have set something incorrect in the Tags, Categories & Taxonomies tab, or the Post Meta tab. Try to empty both of these out.
