    Hello,

I am getting an error message trying to do an update for Search & Filter.

    https://ngn.org/
    Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

#1 I just updated the license.

#2 when I checked on the old license, I noticed the URL was incorrect, it has the development server set.
I changed it to the correct domain. ngn.org

#3 I’ve waited much longer than 15 minutes. I made the changes this morning, it is now after noon.

#4 I am still unable to do the plugin update.

Lastly, what brought me to do the update is the fact that the filter is not working as expected.

I have somewhat of a custom setup I am on a custom terms archive, filtering by custom post types.

    https://ngn.org/goals/goal-9-nonviolent-tolerant-atmosphere/

filter by video, which you will see are in the listing.

I am not sure if a setting was changed or there is a plugin interfering.

Trevor met with me a while back to help me get it working. And now it is failing.
That brought me to do the update, and well, here we are 😉

    Help please.
    Thank you!

I am not sure what you have changed (or if you have not made any changes, I am not sure how it worked as you have it), but you appear to need to be staying inside a given taxonomy archives page, and this is possible only with the Post Type Archive results method, and in turn that is only possible where the form searches only one post type (your form searches many post types) and where taxonomies are not shared with another post type (your form also does this).

When the form sends/submits the filters, the page template is changing, which is why you don’t see any results.

It needs to stay on the particular goals page.

I had that working with a hidden drop down of the Goals terms It would recognize the Goal page it was on and stay there.

the only thing I can see that would’ve changed recently are the breadcrumbs nav. I do not know if that is causing a problem or not.

    thank you for your time.

    I might be back
