    I have a developer license. A site that has been licensed for months has suddenly refused to update.

    License page in the S&F plugin shows that the license is Active.

    Current version is 2.5.1 and it wants to update to 2.5.2.

    Can you help please?

    Did you activate your licence key in the Licence section:

    Also check if Your Account shows the exact same domain.

    You might need to deactivate the licence, wait over an hour (this is important to let our cache clear) and then reactivate, and then wait again.

    OK, once I found where the domains are actually shown, I found that it was it the dev domain still showing up.

    I think it would be better if the license on the site did not show active if it’s not going to update.

    However, I just updated successfully.
