When I tried to update my plugin from WPADMIN, I got the message: Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized. I realized that my license had expired (though it was still active). I renewed the license at the web site but still get the same error message when trying to update. Is their a different way to update in this instance?
Please note that we are now into a holiday period in the UK. We will be working for some of this period, but replies may be delayed at times.
Can you confirm which version you currently have installed? In the meantime, you can download v2.4.6 from your account area on this site, but the process for updating depends on which version you currently have installed.
