The first thing to do is to check the sites licensed in the Your Account page.
Note that any changes that you make will take a few minutes to appear.
Which version do you currently have installed?

Download the latest version from Your Account. Then,
1. In the plugin settings you must have the
Remove all data when deleting Search & Filter
set toOFF

2. In WP Admin -> Plugins deactivate Search & Filter Pro, then delete it.
3. The Add new plugin, upload v2.4.0 and install/activate.None of your data/forms should be lost. But, to be safe, PLEASE MAKE A DATABASE BACKUP FIRST.

After updating the plug in as you wrote above, everything looks the same but when i hit the ‘search’ button of my form, i no longer redirect to the search page that i defind over in the “Display Results” tab.
What can be the problem?Currently i rolled over the update from my backup.
