OK. I *think* that the problem is that you are using very old version of WPBakery Page Builder (5.5.4) and that conflicts with WPML to give this error.

I think it has been fixed with a later version of the Page Builder plugin.

Can you ask your theme company for the latest version? I think it is 6.0.5.

Let me know when you have that, as the addon plugin from us also needs to change to the current v0.1.2 of the beta version (which fixes for versions 6.x onwards):

And then the Post Grid needs to be edited and the form again selected and saved.

You really should remove those older versions of our plugin that you have still installed.
