Hello,

When selecting a category of posts, the result returns all the posts of the blog.

Are you displaying results using the archive method?

If so, take a look at the FAQs – http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/faqs/#h-bad-template – depending on your theme some modifications may need to be made.

Otherwise please check the docs on how to use the shortcode method – this method will require you to customise your results thought and is not integrated in to your themes styling – http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/docs/display-results/

Hello,

We built a new search and it’s filtering properly now. But, results are without thumbnails. Why?

Also: can we remove the default ‘Search for’ zone at the top of the results page?

If you are using a template from your theme you will need to edit this in your theme folder.

Then check here RE thumbnails – http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/the_post_thumbnail
