    Hi,
    I have a single site license, I entered and activated my license key.
    The problem is that I can’t update the plugin on my website because I am Unauthorized.
    How can I solve it?

    If you recently renewed or activated the licence key, there is sometimes a delay before our server will recognize this.

    Have you checked Your Account to make sure that the domain registered is correct?

    What is the current version of the plugin that you have got installed on your site?

    Hi Trevor,
    thank you for you answer.

    I activated the license weeks ago.

    May I ask you where I can register the domain?
    I followed this path:
    Your account/view licenses/ manage sites

    and there I found as “site url”: /

    Do I have to Deactivate Site and then put in the domain there?

    You should be able to remove that domain from within ‘Your Account’.

    Then, give it an hour, deactivate the licence key in your admin, give it an hour, then re-activate the licence key.
