    Hello,

    When I run an update I get this message:
    Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

    How can I resolve this?

    Can you check your account and see if the site in question is registered as being active against your license? (please also double check if you are on staging / dev and if that domain matches)

    You can do this from your account.

    Hi,

    It’s a developer license, I can’t find / see a list of domains.
    But all the sites I have give the same issue.

    Ahh ok, so it sounds like they need to be activated.

    In wp-admin, S&F licence settings, deactivate the license, and try to re-activate, if that’s successful you should be able to update (there may be a 30 min delay on before it is able to update).
