    Hi Trevor,

    Yes the primary purpose is short now but another issue is that when we select any option in the dropdown menu and if the result is not present then it should display “NO RESULT FOUND” But right now it’s not showing please have a look the URL: (it works fine if it finds the matched result and it displayed properly but when it will not found any result it will not showing the message “NO RESULT FOUND”. )

    Hi, can you see if you have done this:

    In the General settings tab:

    Set Auto Count (both settings) to ON

    And then in the Form UI:

    In each field set Hide Empty to ON

    This will hide any options that have zero results, which should reduce the chances of a no results found page being need.

    Can you remind me of which Display Results Method you are using? If it is NOT ‘As a Shortcode’, then otherwise, it is the page builder plugin or theme template that would control this.
