    or how to show no result found message?

    With regard to no results found, that would be handled by WPBakery Page Builder, but I am pretty sure that it doesn’t have code for that scenario.

    However, if by conditional you mean as you make a selection in one dropdown the other reacts to show matching terms, then this solution would prevent a no results found scenario (in the main):

    In the General settings tab:

    Set Auto Count (both settings) to ON

    And then in the Form UI:

    In each field set Hide Empty to ON
