Hello

I would really appreciate it if you could advise how I can make the search fields into two columns. What is the css for this?

Is it possible to have something similar like this

It is possible with custom css and that will vary according to each site and the form elements chosen. I would say, get it all done normally until you are happy with it, except that it is not in two columns, and when it is all done, then come back and ask me for advice looking at the form, unless you are at that point already, in which case, show me the form. What would be pointless is to make custom css now for a form that is not certain to be your final content. Just accept that when it needs to be done, it can be done quickly.

Is the example page from your theme? It doesn’t look like it. This level of styling customization is not included in our normal support. You will need to create some custom CSS using a CSS styling tool like SO-CSS, Yellow Pencil or Microthemer.
